Panopticon

The Game Zone, a pocket of time and space created by the Time Lords that was at the centre of the Panopticon - the great city on the Time Lord home planet of  Gallifrey  

Panopticon is the flag ship battle TARDIS, of the Supreme Council of the Time Lords. I stole it, so you can compete in fabulous competition, against the exotic creatures we encounter here.
