Elections for owner of the JM Enterprise will be held once monthly. How to win these elections are listed below:

Each owner of each club will say who they want to be leader. If there are more than 3 candidates, a primary may be held to narrow it down. To win these elections you must do two things:

A) You must win 51% of the electoral vote from all clubs. (If a three man race, 40% required to win)

B) You must win 51% of the clubs. (If a three man race, 35% required to win)

The amount of clubs was added to protect the smaller clubs, and the elector count was added to keep the majority of the smaller clubs.

If elected to office, the leader may not:

Change the rules of clubs that are not his.

Ban attack or do other acts of wrong to clubs.

If any of the things listed above is done, they may be removed from power.

The leader may:

Request a position in clubs of the enterprise.

Accept or deny or request that other clubs may join the enterprise.

A leader may be elected to two consecutive terms, and then he must take a one term break.

A term is the equivalent of one month or thirty days.
