The World Chess League Live 2023-24 season is set to kick off for us this coming Sunday at 10:32 am. Last season the pairings were made using the Swiss System, but this season all teams have been placed into one of nine groups. We’ll play a 7-round round robin in our group. The nine group winners and seven other teams, based on their overall results, will be seeded into a 16-team knockout tournament.

Four of our opponents are based in the United Kingdom, two are from Brazil, and one is from Chile. Our first match will be played against Ampleforth College
