All vote chess players need to sign this agreement to play in games
A team captain should be chosen at the start of the game: generally someone with a high ability and enough time to dedicate.
In 3 day/move games, use the first 48 hours to discuss the position, then only vote for the recommended move(s) in the final 24 hours.
For longer time controls, do not vote until the final 48 hours.
If you are suggesting a move, explain why you think it should be considered, possibly including a diagram
When you have voted, copy the text that says "You have voted for..." and the listed votes.
First move is always a free vote, unless the game's captain decides otherwise.
If there are persistently unaccounted for votes, players who have not posted their vote in the comments and are suspected of not following our rules may be removed.
Admins will not edit others' comments, even if they disagree with them (possible in V3)
