I love chess and running. Great for the mental and physical. Keeps my weight down, my cholesterol down, my blood pressure down and my attitude up. Have done 8 half marathons and numerous 10K's and 5K's. Played chess years ago when I was about 30 and took it up again 20 years ago. My grandsons, 18 and 21 now, do well in tournaments and it makes me want to keep up with them.
