Hello:

I am Captain James L Hunt RET. (Pan Am - Delta). I play chess for my father introduced me to the game young. 

My most memorable games were on Yahoo, Yahoo was my first introduction to internet chess. The three games of note were:

Mate in 5 right after hotimp said "capt sir, i'm going to hand you your a$ss. Yes a Scholar's Mate. The other against an 1800 player that lasted 68 moves, I lost but he complemented me on my strong play. And then the Stone Wall Greek Sacifice in 18 moves again against a very high rated player who exclaimed upon losing, ..."fuuuuu(*)" or something to that effect.

I play the Q Pawn opening most and now am working on a defense needed in my new found Chess Room/Wine Bar at Art Obsessions in Historical Downtown Truckee, California.

I look at chess as rather God like, as chess is beyond 10 to the 120th power and more, kind of the infinity of substance. Do ya know what I mean, ... do ya?

The book's of note that guided me were Chess the Easy Way and Chess Step by Step. Underway are Endgame, the Imortal Game, and The Will to Win.
