Hello!
I am GM Yuriy Kuzubov (ELO 2642) from Ukraine. I have been playing chess professionally for 20 years.

My coaches were such titled players as IM Poliantsev Sergei, IM Alexikov, Alexander,
GM Savon Vladimir, IM Rakhmnagulov Andrei. I have had training camps with GM Ruslan Ponomariov, GM Baklan Vladimir, GM Efimenko Zahar, GM Miroshnichenko Evgeniy, GM Areshchenko Aleksandr, GM Iordachescu Viorel .

My best achievements:

International Master (2003);
International Grandmaster (2004)

Ukrainian youth Champion (2001 U12, 2002 U12), (2003 U14), (2006 U18).
2nd place World Youth Chess Championship U14 (2004)
2nd place World Youth Chess Olympiad (2002, 2003)

Ukrainian Champion (2014)

1st place European Team Championship in 2021, 2nd in 2019 and 3rd in 2017.

Winner of many tournaments: Chigorin Memorial, Groningen Chess Festival, Baden Challenge, Gurgaon Open, Spice Cup, Reykjavik Open, Abu Dhabi Masters, Paul Keres Memorial, Sparkassen Open.

The highest live ELO is 2700 (December 2017)
Coaching experience:

I helped Ruslan Ponomariov at the 2009 World Cup, where Ruslan lost to Boris Gelfand in the final on the tie-break.
I worked with Kyrill Shevchenko, who later became GM (ELO 2649), at the beginning of his chess career. I was training with sparing partner GM Alexander Areshchenko (ELO 2678) for many years.
