My name is Bernard Anhwere from Ghana. I'm a Water Resources Engineer and a chess player.
I learnt to play chess at 16 (a little too late ) here on chess.com and i have since been playing.

• Tech (College) Champion [2013(tied for first place with @bn1462), 2016] Those were the only events held while I was in school
  
• 1st Runner up, Kumasi Classics(2015) 2nd Runner up (2018)
  
• Bronze medalist, National Championship, Ghana (2019, 2021)
• Represented Ghana at the maiden online olympiad. Scored +2 =2 -1
• 3rd place, KCC online invitational 2020
• Represented Ghana at the 2022 Chess Olympiad, Chennai on Board 3
• 1st Runner Up, Osu Chess Classics, 2022
