Chess.com コーチ

I have been an active player in the chess.com community since 2017. I learned to play chess back in 1962 in Cuba. In 1965 and 1966, I played in the National Student Championship. In 1967 became Havana University Champion but stopped playing for political reasons in 1968. In 1980, I came to the States and played for a while from 1983 to 1988, but my workload as an Electrical Engineer did not let me keep playing chess daily. I finally retired from work in 2011, and I have played chess on-off but not officially because travel was not an option. My experience as a coach is minimal. I have taught some adults tactics and strategies, but nothing heavy. I am not a heavyweight; my most remarkable experience is with kids in my community and from teaching at my grandchildren's church and school. I am not looking for students or get paid. That's not my intention. I  want to use better tools (I hope chess.com will offer them as a coach) to teach other volunteers in chess training or chess teaching. My handle is pototi because that is the nickname of my oldest grandchild. If you want to contact me,  friends and those wanted to be are welcome.
