Lichess is less buggy but people here are more freaky

PSA: Don't bother playing with Kurulw who is a whiny little bratwurst from a tiny land mostly known for its pastries and Nazis. If he wins he thinks he's a genius, and if he loses, he accuses you of being "boring", or you're a "fish" (what?).  Then he harangues you on DM and blocks you ASAP before you can reply, so that way he can "win", I guess. Talk about SDE! I'm pretty sure his rating is overinflated.

PSA: if you ever get matched with Zeralonde, abort it right away. It's just another whiny crybaby on this app/site. He even calls himself a streamer (WITH THAT FACE THAT HIDEOUS FACE it thinks it should be allowed to stream???). I guess anyone can call themselves a streamer and make an embarrassment of themselves to the global public. Stream your whiny accusations that anyone who beats you is obviously using Alpha Zero, Deep Mind, and Commodore 64's Chess cartridge, all at the same time!

Note also it'll block you so you can't reply back to it, while it keeps trying to harass you with inane messages indicative of irreparable derangement. And is "Zeralonde" a pretentious choice of a name trying, and failing, to evoke some amazing fantasy? No, I heard "Zeralonde" is Middle Elder Dwarven Elvish for "whiny crybaby". Off to Mordor with you, you filthy ugly orc!

If you're wondering why my playing seems better than my rating - LAG HERE IS HORRIBLE. I've lost countless games in completely winning positions because Chess.com lagged or disconnected me mid-game. Then I'd try to get my lost rating points back, and of course the lag/disconnect again.

For newbies out there: saying "good game" doesn't mean the game was good or bad. It's just chess etiquette to indicate we're being good sports.

If you think you should say "good game" only if YOU have a good game, or you prefer to insult your opponent who took the time to play with you... then you should join your local chess club and learn some chess etiquette (you can make some real friends while you're at it).

Or quit chess altogether. I heard checkers is pretty nice.
