Or is it just your endless expectations of what you think they see in you,

You stay happy thinking your worth is high for them..,

But it's not,

You find out your worth pretty quickly,

And of all the love and thoughts you gave them,

Your expectation gets broken,

But whenever I look at the moon,

Its beauty is better than my expectation,

..and it always stays right there, in the sky, for me to see...so I will never be alone..
