My name is Daniel Ramirez and I am currently the music teacher and after school chess coach for Wakefield Middle School in Tucson, Arizona. Although I am not a titled player, I use the Yasser Curriculum, ChessKids lessons, USCF Curriculum, and puzzles/ tactics to teach my students about the game. I would benefit from meeting a titled player and building connections locally and nationally for my students but for now I plan on making sure my students have the materials they need to be successful, and have fun playing chess.
