Hi, my Chess.com accounts are hoomanjalalimogaddam on chess.com and farhad5269 on lichess.org . my only chess goal is to get to 3000 at blitz at chess.com. my recommendation for chess improvement is to solve easy chess puzzles and play game and analyze it. And never cheat at chess. And enjoy chess. As long as you enjoy it nothing else matters. Don't get hard on yourself for no improvement in your chess. I am as I am now because of solving easy chess puzzles.
