Because I didn't have a good opening as a child, I often had to play positions that were bad. Since then, my opening skills have improved, but a valuable lesson for me was that I learned to play under pressure, to turn the tide of the fight even when there is no hope.
As for me, I believe that every player should, first of all, not be afraid to play and make mistakes at the board. This gives room for personal growth on and off the board.
